AlumierMD Gift Set Giveaway Rules and Details

This giveaway is open to Canadian residents aged 18 years and up only. The giveaway runs from January 1, 2025, to April 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Participants will be automatically entered into the giveaway if they attend a Zest, RF, or IPL Dry Eye Treatment at Royal Oak Optometry between January 1 and April 30, 2025.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Individuals who wish to enter without attending a Dry Eye Treatment may do so by completing and submitting an entry form in person at Royal Oak Optometry during the contest period.

Royal Oak Optometry will randomly select the winner from all eligible entries received by the contest closing date. The winner will be notified by email or phone within seven (7) days. To claim the prize, the winner must respond within ten (10) days of notification and correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question (e.g., “What is 12 + 24 ÷ 3?”). Failure to respond or answer the question within the timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the prize. In this event, Royal Oak Optometry may select an alternate winner.

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to Canadian residents aged 18 years and up. This excludes employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Royal Oak Optometry.

Prize Details

• The prize is non-transferable and also has no cash equivalent.
• Winner must claim the prize within 30 days of notification.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received from the contest’s start until the closing date.

Verification of Eligibility
