I just wanted to leave a review because I had an extremely positive experience today.

I called multiple clinics after experiencing a sudden increase in floaters in one eye. As someone with severe high myopia and prior ICL surgery, I was very anxious about the possibility of a retinal tear. Three clinics I contacted told me the next available appointment would be the second week of June, which honestly left me feeling scared and helpless.

This clinic, however, took my concerns seriously right away. The staff were kind, calm, and reassuring, and they were able to fit me in urgently for a proper dilated retinal exam.

Dr. Charania was thorough, informative, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process. She carefully explained what she was seeing, answered my questions without dismissing my concerns, and ultimately confirmed that my retinas looked healthy and intact.

What really stood out to me was not just the clinical care, but the empathy. Medical anxiety is very real, especially when navigating a healthcare system that can sometimes feel overwhelming, and this clinic genuinely helped alleviate a huge amount of fear for me today.

Dr.Charania and staff are amazing Kind and knowledgable. Very helpful and you never have to wait long . I am very pleased to have them as my Optometrist and Staff.

The kids' eye appointment was friendly, and very thorough— the doctor made sure my child felt comfortable and at ease. She xplained everything clearly and made the whole experience fun and stress-free!

I’ve had glasses my entire life and I have a very lengthy history of having eye exams, checkups and assessments. Dr. Mark Paquette has been by far the highest quality and thorough eye care I have received in 40 years. His acute attention to detail and his obvious passion for his work has had me receive similar feedback from friends and colleagues whom I have recommended see him. If you are seeking clear, professional and above normal care I would highly recommend you give him a try.

Whether it's a visit to my eye doc - Dr.Leekha - help with glasses adjustment with Monique or other member of the team, advice from the front desk on dry eyes and solutions, I always leave feeling that I've had a very positive experience and that they really care.
